CNC COPY MILLING MACHINE FOR WOOD

CNC operated copy lathe machine for  turning, milling or  fluting  operations  on straight  and  taper parts  with  max  length  1400 mm. and  having   round, oval, square or  irregular  section;   this  unit works  with a CNC copying  system to  determinate the sections  to  be  produced and  all  other  working  parameters  to  grant a  higher  accuracy and  quality; it  is  possible  to  work  on  a  3 or  5 CNC  axis  basis to  produce  several  different  sections on  the  same  item  under  process and on the machine are mounted cutterheads and  special knives in accordance  to shape that must be obtained on  the  workpiece.

Pieces  can  be  loaded  automatically  through an  ergonomic horizontal  loader  with  CNC  controlled  chuck point  and  tailstock for  workpiece  clamping.

Machine  productivity can change  from  3 to  6  pieces per  minute  according to workpieces  length  or  shape. This  unit thanks  to its high  productivity rate is  particularly  suitable  to  produce special  shaped agricultural  tools handles,  multisection stairs  spindles  and posts , fluted and  spiral fluted painting or  brush  handles, square asymmetric  tables  and  chairs legs  as  well  as   taper or  shaped furniture  fittings
