Milling machine for round plastic bars 

Automatic  round milling machine suitable  for the production of  straight bars  made of  plastic, graphite,  composites  and  other materials,  with  diameters ranging  from  8  to  45,65,80 mm. ( depending on machine type ) ;  on  this  unit  are mounted fix diameter tools,  to  be  replaced  per  each  different size ; according to  the  type  of  material involved  available are  tools with  special  steel  knives as well  as tools  with widia or  diamond  coated tips.

Production rate  depends on the  type  of  materials to  be  processed  and  can  be  enhanced   through  a controller  for  feed  rate  adjustment  and  an  Inverter  device for  the  tool  rotation speed adjustment ( as option)
