Moulding machine for plastic rods production

NEW Automatic  round bar turning machine suitable  for medium and mass production of  straight rods made of plastics, graphite, composites or  other materials,  with  diameters  from  8  to  110  mm.;  this  sturdy rod milling machine  has been upgraded with 4 infeed rollers  that are  very  useful  to  enable  a better  doweling accuracy on bigger sizes or on  hard and  difficult materials.

Productivity rate  is adjustable  through  an Inverter device  and  with  extra  optional  Inverter  device  is  also  possible  to  adjust  tool rotation  speed  in  order  to enhance  the tool processing capabilities  granting  a  higher doweling  quality .

An  automatic  loader type CUV  for  square rough parts  up  to  max  length  4000 mm.  can  also  be connected  to  this  milling  machine .
