Milling and sanding line for production of shaped handles – Line LTS

Machine for the production of wood shaped handles 

Automatic  line    for  high  rate  production of shaped  handles for  agricultural tools both  straight  and  slightly  bent  with  round  section through  one  operator  only and  consisting  of  the  following  units:

• CUV  Automatic  loader  for  straight  and  slightly  bent  square wooden  blocks with  max lenght  4000 mm
• TS60 mechanic controlled milling  shaping machine for the  production of shaped  straight  and  slightly  bent  round rods with  diameter   up  to  56  mm.  
• JA automatic machine  for  “fly off”  milling  of  shaped  ends
• AL  automatic  loading  system  for  round  shaped  rods  on  the  sanding machine.
• LT130  Automatic  sanding  machine for  shaped straight and  slightly bent round shaped rods

According  to  specific requirements  is  also  possible  to  customize  such automatic  line  with  extra  equipment  or  special  purpose  machinery for  further processes that  will be designed, engineered  and  manufactured  from  our  company  to accomplish  such  tasks
